Decent army gym
Great gym, newer equipment and less crowded than its counterpart gyms.. well-maintained and a great place for a workout
I love Cantrell. This gym is my jam. Quiet, never crowded. I would give 5 stars, but there are no ellipticals or stair masters, only treadmills.
Should stop decreasing the hours.
Best gym on Fort Polk, open early enough (0500) to lift before company PT, and open late enough for me to get a workout in before bed. Always clean, great staff.
