Called in a carry out. They told me 15 minutes. I show up after 20 minutes and they tell me they need another 15 minutes. Never coming back....
I enjoy this pizza hut especially living in the barracks and have always been on time. They only messed my order up once but immediately fixes plus extras and delivered back fast. Great Customer service to.
I've never had a positive experience here whether it's carry out or delivery, I was standing there in the lobby for twenty minutes waiting for the order board to update all of the employees staring at me doing clean up for closing before I finally asked what was up with my order...oh it was sitting in the warning oven the entire time...did a delivery order using my app, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I called in, there was an issue processing the payment, but no one called the number provided and it will be another 30-45 min before my food will be delivered. And the drivers are constantly driving like a**holes through the neighborhoods I watched one guy in a Impala completely blow through a stop sign. After today I will be filing an ice complaint and hopefully making some change.
Great being open all until midnight, quick with their service and the front desk always patient and friendly. Pizzas always turn out made as ordered. The employees work hard and well for how much traffic they get from the continuous stream of hungry soldiers in the area.
